Fragile Planet Exhibition St James Hall
In November a major and exciting collaboration between many arts and environmental organisations in the Island will present Our Fragile Planet, a weekend promoting conservation and environmental messages in regards to the sea that surrounds us using art to convey these messages. With four public exhibitions (all free to attend), two days of talks and one concert, Our Fragile Planet will be sure to entertain and educate.
As we all become more aware of the need to respect and preserve our precious marine environment, the weekend programme of events centres around the Guernsey Symphony Orchestra performing their ocean themed concert, accompanied with visual and performing arts. The concept of Our Fragile Planet quickly grew from a one concert event to a weekend full of art and information, which will inspire and inform all who attend.
